Who can argue with such influential and intellectually advanced personages such as these? I really don't have much to say about beer, and if I did, it would probably come out slurred. This page is here because I like beer. When I feel like it, I will add links to other good beers out there. (You won't find any mention of "beers" like C***s or B*******r, so if you're looking for some "secret ingredient," you'll have to ask the Clydesdales.)

Tid-bits
Well, it looks like I'm going to have a little more to say than I originally thought: I finally decided to try my hand at brewing beer (it's got to be more productive than drinking it). When I say a little, I mean it. There is a lot of great information on the Web for brewing beer, so what can I possibly add? The only thing I can think of is to share some photos of what I've done. Decent photos, at least for me, have been hard to find. Hopefully some of the ones I put up will be useful to other newbies at brewing.

Given the warm temperatures in Arizona, here's the contraption I built (not my design) for fermenting. It's just a bucket (OK, cat box) with water, a pond pump, a few feet of 3/8" tube with holes punched in it, and the occasional block of ice.
